Conservatory Outlet ball raises £12,800
Conservatory Outlet’s annual Charity Ball has raised £12,800 for underprivileged children in India. The event, held at the Galpharm Stadium in Huddersfield on Saturday September 30, was in aid of Health and Education for All (HEAL), a charity closely linked to Conservatory Outlet. HEAL helps orphaned and underprivileged children gain essential skills and education as well as providing safe homes and healthcare. The evening, which was attended by 170 people and hosted by former Leeds United footballer John Stiles, included an auction with lots including a signed Ronaldo football shirt, a Ferrari poster signed by seven time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher and a house full of windows. Managing Director Matthew Glover comments: “The evening was a great success and I am delighted that so many people decided to support this worthy cause by attending the ball. Every penny raised at the event will help children supported by HEAL.”
